But she’s not just a pretty face… she’s a project dog looking for the right person. Bailey bonds quickly and deeply with women and will become incredibly loyal to her person. She thrives on that connection and wants nothing more than to be close to “her human.” She is fearful of men and will bark when she’s unsure, so she’ll need a patient, understanding home willing to give her time and space to build trust. Because of this, a female-only home (or one committed to slow, structured introductions) would be best. Bailey is potty trained, gets along well with other dogs, and while she is fostered with cats currently, the foste reports that she has a high prey drive. She has a slightly wild, almost wolf-like spirit—independent, alert, and full of personality—so she’ll do best with someone who appreciates that energy and can provide guidance and structure. This girl has so much potential and so much love to give—but she’s not for everyone. She’s for someone willing to put in the time and earn something really special.
