Charlie’s story started on the streets of Puerto Rico, where he and his siblings, Oscar and Rosemary, were found in a box on the side of the road. After being rescued and spoiled in a loving foster home in Puerto Rico, Charlie has made his way to New Jersey and is now living his best life while he searches for his forever family. Charlie is basically everyone’s best friend. Cats? Cool. Dogs? Let’s play! Kids? Yes, please! He’s social, silly, and always ready for his next adventure (or nap… naps are important too). He’s expected to stay on the smaller side, which just means more snuggles packed into a perfectly portable pup.
