Description
Dog Breed: Siberian Husky / Great Pyrenees / Mixed (long coat). This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $250 if picked up in TN, $325 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Meet Jelly, a lovable puppy with a sweet heart, bright spirit, and all the charm that comes with being young and full of potential. Her breed mix includes Husky, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherd, and supermutt. She currently weighs 25 lbs and is growing everyday! Whatever her heritage, one thing is certain: Jelly is packed with love, intelligence, and promise. This adorable girl is an energetic, affectionate pup who is ready to grow alongside a family that will enjoy all the fun, laughter, and milestones that puppyhood brings. Jelly is the kind of dog who wants to be close to her people. She loves companionship, enjoys playtime, and is happiest when she can be near you. Toys, treats, and attention are at the top of her favorites list, making her both entertaining and wonderfully motivated to learn. Her curiosity is already shining through, and she shows a lovely mix of playful confidence and thoughtful sweetness as she explores the world around her. Like many young puppies, Jelly can be a little shy or nervous when first meeting new things, but she still greets people, dogs, cats, and children with a gentle and friendly nature. With continued positive experiences and encouragement, her confidence will only continue to grow. She is already beginning her training foundation and is set to continue building great manners and social skills, giving her an excellent start toward becoming a well-rounded companion. Jelly is crate trained and walks on leash, and she’s making progress with housetraining as she learns her routines. She may have occasional nervous accidents right now, but that is something many puppies outgrow with consistency, patience, and maturity. She is also still learning that car rides can be fun, so a family willing to help her build confidence on the road will be a wonderful match. Jelly would fit beautifully into many different homes, whether with a family, a single adopter, or anyone excited to raise a puppy into an amazing lifelong friend. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who will reward your guidance with devotion and joy, Jelly may be the perfect match. Interested in adopting? Breed overview
Overview:
The Pyrenees Husky, a captivating crossbreed of the Great Pyrenees and Siberian Husky, originated from a desire to blend the best traits of both parent breeds. These striking dogs typically boast a medium to large build, featuring a dense, often bi-colored coat that can range from a fluffy double coat to a more medium-length texture, with striking blue or multi-colored eyes being common. Temperamentally, they are known for being intelligent, affectionate, and generally good-natured, often exhibiting the Great Pyrenees' calm loyalty combined with the Husky's playful energy. While they can be wonderful family companions due to their gentle disposition and patience with children, their size and exercise requirements make them less suitable for cramped apartment living. Prospective owners should be aware of potential health considerations common to the parent breeds, such as hip and elbow dysplasia and certain eye conditions, emphasizing the importance of responsible breeding and regular veterinary check-ups for these magnificent dogs.
