Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Dachshund / Mixed. Meet Honey! This 10-week-old, 6-pound cutie is believed to be a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix with a big personality packed into a tiny body. Honey is a sweet, affectionate puppy who loves attention and wants nothing more than to be near her people. Like any young puppy, Honey is still learning the ropes but does wonderful in the crate and has only had a couple accidents in her foster home. She has a chihuahua protective attitude and is nervous around new things. Her nose is always on the ground when she's outside, so she might have some beagle genes in her make-up. She’s smart, eager to please, and making great progress with consistency and patience. Honey enjoys playtime, cuddles, and exploring the world around her. She would thrive in a home ready for all the fun (and puppy antics!) that come with raising a young pup. With continued training, structure, and love, Honey is sure to grow into a loyal and loving companion. If you’re looking for a best friend with a huge heart, Honey may be the perfect match for you!
