Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Macy is around 2–3 years old, and she is one of those dogs who quietly steals your heart. She’s very sweet, but she’s also a little shy at first — the kind of girl who needs a moment to feel safe before she shows you her whole warm, gentle personality.Once she trusts you, she melts.Macy has lived in a home with other dogs and kids and has done beautifully. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at the dog's predominant breed or breed mix. We strongly encourage you to select your new pet by looking at each dog's individual personality and pet qualities rather than relying on a breed label that is only our best guess. Our adoption fees vary from $150 and up. All of our dogs are up to date on vaccines, heart worm preventives, and flea/tick medication, and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
