Dog Breed: Chinese Shar-Pei (short coat). Pretzel is a handsome fawn brush coat neutered male, approximately 3 years old, weighing 40.5lbs. This dapper looking boy has a moderate muzzle — sitting right between the traditional bone mouth and the heavily padded meat mouth — giving him a classic Shar Pei look. Pretzel was picked up as a stray by Animal Services in a common “Dog Dumping” area notorious for puppy mills. Lucky for him, he’s in rescue now and being well cared for in the GTA. He is playful and goofy with a laid-back side that balances him out perfectly. He has settled in quickly with his foster siblings and is clearly enjoying having dog company. He is house trained and walks well on leash — a genuinely easy houseguest so far. This delicious little nugget meets people well including the vet and staff! He is looking for a forever home where he can enjoy showing off his amazing temperament by meeting new people and making doggy friends. This young pup would do well with a playmate.
