Dog Breed: Great Pyrenees / Hound / Mixed. Spottie is a 4-month-old sweetheart who is as cute as can be and brings a joyful, playful spark everywhere he goes. Found as a stray, Spottie is more than ready to leave that chapter behind and start a new life with a fun and loving family. Like most puppies his age, Spottie is full of curiosity and playful energy. He loves playtime, exploring the world around him, and making new friends wherever he goes. Spottie gets along well with other dogs and children, but he has not yet met a cat since coming into rescue. As always, proper introductions and supervision are important when introducing a young puppy to new animals and people. Spottie is a Great Pyrenees/Hound mix with an adorable white-and-brown coat and warm brown eyes that are hard to resist. At 29 pounds, we can only estimate his adult size, but we expect he will grow into a medium sized dog, likely weighing anywhere up to 60 pounds when fully grown. Spottie is doing well with his training and is learning all the important puppy basics, including house training, crate training, and walking nicely on a leash. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, he is sure to continue thriving as he grows. With the right family by his side, Spottie is certain to blossom into a loyal and loving companion.
