MARSH AND GRAHAM - CHIHUAHUA / TERRIER / MIXED (SHORT COAT) DOG FOR ADOPTION

Description

Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed (short coat). We currently have three 14-week-old puppies for which we are beginning to accept adoption applications at the Shelter. We believe they are Chihuahua/Terrier mixes. The female has been adopted. Marsh and Graham are both males. They each weigh between 9 and 13 pounds. Please stop by during adoption hours to complete an application so it can be reviewed by our staff. If your application is approved, we will schedule an appointment for you to meet the puppies in person. PLEASE NOTE: The puppies are not currently housed at the Shelter. Volunteers For Animals will cover the cost of spay and neuter procedures at a local veterinarian once the puppies are old enough to undergo the surgery. Here is the adoption process: To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. There is a $100 fee for any county animal which needs to be cash or a check - NO CREDIT CARDS. If the animal is not spayed or neutered, there is a $35 deposit which will be returned upon proof of surgery. All dogs must be licensed before leaving the Shelter. Please note that public offices that issue dog licenses are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. All cats must leave in a carrier. Thank you for considering a homeless animal.
