Dog Breed: Australian Shepherd / Shepherd / Mixed (long coat). Nash is an extremely smart, sweet dog. Unfortunately, he was found abandoned - left chained up without food, water, or a shelter. He was brought to us by the local sheriff. We don't know anything about his story but he loves everybody at the shelter and responds well to our attention and care. Nash just wants to be near people and is very playful. He appears to be a full-blooded Aussie and has a very unique, loving personality. He would make a wonderful pet for an active person or family. This breed of dog needs to stay busy and active, not just be left by himself all day long.
