Dog Breed: Akita / Shepherd / Mixed (medium coat). Don't forget!! We are currently open by appointment only. This is to control the traffic in the building at one time. If you would like to look at the cats/dogs for adoption, or if you need to relinquish or to do any other business, please message our FB page or call us at 304-267-8389 to schedule an appointment. If you see a specific pet for adoption on our FB page we can always set up a specific meet and greet for that as well. Check this out on our FB page!! Our two biggest dogs in our kennels. Met each other today and BFFs. These two boys played hard. Goofy even went swimming. Rex said he was taking part in that. Both boys are 2 years old. Both neutered. Both vaccinated. Both great with dogs. Rex and Goofy are strong boys though. Too strong and rough play to be around young kids. Both are smart and know basic commands. Goofy is an XL Bully Rex is an Akita Shepherd mix. Adoption fee... $175, cash or credit card. If you already have a dog, bring them with you for a 'meet and greet'!Mon.-Sat. 10-4 We understand not everyone can adopt a pet. Some homes are full, some homes do not allow certain pets and some have lifestyles that can't handle a pet right now. You can still help. Sharing pictures on FB, volunteering, or just coming in and sponsoring part of the adoption fee for when the pet is adopted. This helps a lot. No amount is too small to donate towards the adoption fee. If you would like to help sponsor, speak to one of the staff. Especially the cats and kittens need help (since we usually have so many!)
