Description
Dog Breed: Brittany (medium coat). Cooper and Flash are full brothers from different litters and will be placed together in their new home. Cooper is 10 years old, liver/white. Flash is 11 years old, orange/white. These two are very bonded and will be placed together in their new home. Flash is a very laid back boy, very affectionate and loves to be with his people. Cooper loves being outside to explore his foster home's fenced yard. He too is very affectionate and loves attention. They follow their foster Mom everywhere! Both boys are housebroken, crate trained, microchipped, UTD on vaccinations, and trustworthy in the home. They never bark, are not escape artists, and have never chewed on anything but their toys. Their foster Mom describes them as being the perfect, well-behaved pair. The best home for these boys would be an older couple or retirees who are home most of the day to love on them and be loved on by these boys. Also see FL/Flash & Cooper (Bonded Pair). For more information about Cooper & Flash, contact brittsnbitsgmail. The pair is located in central Florida and can be transported up to 1400 miles via our Canine Railroad. The adoption fee for EACH is $250.00 to help with the cost of vetting. Fill out an adoption application at .nbran. Your State Coordinator will contact you to explain the process.

Overview:
The Brittany is a beloved and versatile gun dog, originating from the Brittany province of France in the 17th century. These medium-sized dogs are instantly recognizable by their athletic build, often appearing leggy and agile, with a dense, flat or wavy coat that comes in orange and white, or liver and white. Their intelligent and eager-to-please nature makes them incredibly trainable and responsive. Temperamentally, Brittanys are known for being friendly, energetic, and affectionate, making them excellent companions for active families. While their moderate size might suggest apartment living, their high energy levels and need for regular exercise mean they thrive best in homes with a yard or access to plenty of outdoor space. Generally a healthy breed, they can be predisposed to certain conditions like hip and elbow dysplasia, and sometimes epilepsy, so responsible breeding practices are crucial. With proper training and socialization, a Brittany will undoubtedly enrich the lives of its devoted family.
