Xenia apparently reviewed that job description, laughed, and chose violence against free time instead. Located in Georgia 10-11 months old Spayed Female Belgian Malinois / German Shepherd / Australian Cattle Dog Mix This young lady was originally pulled from a California shelter as a potential SAR prospect. Unfortunately for everyone involved, Xenia's true passions include frisbees, sprinting at questionable speeds, chasing things that move, and making sure nobody in her vicinity accidentally develops a lazy lifestyle. To be clear, she's a good dog. She's just very committed to being a teenager. Xenia is social, easy to handle, dog friendly with appropriately matched canine friends, and happy to meet new people. She tolerates handling beautifully, is environmentally confident, and approaches life with the enthusiasm of someone who has never once considered the consequences of her actions. Her current résumé includes: Professional frisbee enthusiast Wildlife monitoring specialist Unpaid cardio coach Explorer of all things Future sport dog prospect Expert at making her own fun Possesses impulse control She's athletic, smart, biddable, and has all the raw ingredients to be an incredible partner for someone looking for an active dog. What she needs now is structure, training, consistency, and a human willing to channel all those factory-installed working-dog features into something productive. Because right now, Xenia is basically a Ferrari with no driving instructor. The good news? She genuinely wants to engage, learn, and be part of the action. The bad news? She also believes squirrels, birds, bikes, and anything else that moves were specifically placed on this earth for her entertainment. For greater distances, MAD does offer transport assistance for up to 350 miles for the adopter, however transport is primarily on the responsibility of the adopter.
