At just five months old, I’m a happy-go-lucky mixed breed puppy with endless enthusiasm, a playful heart, and a spirit that lights up every room I enter. My days are filled with fun adventures, chasing toys, playing with my dog friends, and making new feline companions. I love everyone I meet and am always ready to share kisses, cuddles, and plenty of puppy antics. Whether I'm zooming around the yard or carrying my favorite toy proudly through the house, I make sure every day is full of joy. The best part? I'm not just adorable—I'm smart, too! I'm crate trained, potty trained, and eager to keep learning. All I need now is a family to call my own. If you're looking for a sweet, energetic, resilient puppy with an infectious spirit and enough love to fill your home, I just might be your Princess Peach. PLEASE NOTE: All your current pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and on heartworm prevention to adopt from Polka Dogz. We only adopt in Florida. All adoption fees go to help all the dogs in the rescue, some of which require extensive medical care. Thank you for caring for the greater good. A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
