He’s a typical mid-energy puppy who is looking for a family that will give him the love, patience, and guidance every puppy deserves as he learns the ropes of living in a home. Rex is a social butterfly who has never met a stranger. Meeting new dogs makes his day! He also loves to meet new people—Rex hasn’t met children yet but would likely do well with dog-savvy kids with proper introductions. This fun boy loves anyone who will play with him. Rex loves to chew on toys and chase balls, even though he’s still working on the “bring it back” part of fetch! Rex has been working hard on his puppy house manners. Having spent his young life in a shelter, he’ll need patience, consistency, and time to learn how to live in a home environment. Rex is very eager to learn and earn approval, so he should thrive with structure and training. If you're looking for a playful, affectionate young dog who is ready to grow and learn alongside you, Rex may be the perfect addition to your family. What are you waiting for?
