His owner made the difficult decision to surrender him when moving back to their home country, leaving Rocky searching for a fresh start. Rocky is a super sweet, friendly boy who may be just a tiny bit shy, but it doesn&#39;t take long for his loving personality to shine through. He previously lived with a small dog and children, and did wonderfully with both. He&#39;s also house trained, making the transition into his new home even easier. He&#39;s microchipped, neutered, and up to date on all of his vaccinations.
