Dog Breed: Beagle / Basset Hound / Mixed (short coat). Foster Homes Needed! Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? .muttloverescue/foster.html ***************** Dixie is a 2-3 yrs old Beagle/ Bassett mix. She is sweet but a bit shy and would benefit from having another dog in the house. She loves toys and her crate is her safe spot. Dixie loves attention and a soft lap is always welcome and lets not forget her treats! She will make someone a wonderful companion. Dixie weighs about 29 pounds. **BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA** We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at .muttloverescue/application.html OR write to adoptmuttloverescue.
