At 13 lbs, Waffles is a precious little boy who deserves a loving home where he can feel safe, protected, and cherished. He may be small, but his life matters so much, and he deserves the chance to finally know comfort, kindness, and family. At 5 years old, Waffles is past the puppy stage and ready for a calm, loving home where he can enjoy soft beds, gentle hands, and the security every dog should have. After everything he has been through, Waffles deserves someone special who will see how precious he is and give him the happy future he has been waiting for. ✨ Waffles is looking for a loving foster or forever home to help him start again and finally feel safe, loved, and truly part of a family. Adoption Information Waffles’ adoption fee is a non-refundable donation of $1,495 that helps support ongoing rescue efforts and save more dogs in need. It includes: • Neuter • Vaccinations • Microchip • Boarding and daily care • Health certificate • Transport to Seattle ✈️ A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs — you may bring your own or purchase one from us. The Shih Tzu, affectionately known as the "lion dog," boasts an ancient and regal lineage, originating from the Tibetan plateau and further refined in imperial China. These charming canines are easily recognized by their striking appearance: a small, sturdy build, a distinctive undershot jaw, and a long, flowing double coat that often requires regular grooming to prevent matting. Temperamentally, Shih Tzus are renowned for being affectionate, outgoing, and playful companions, making them wonderfully suitable for a variety of households.
