Dog Breed: Shih Tzu / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 250. Meet Gidget! Gidget is a sweet, calm 13-year-old girl who proves that age is just a number! She's a playful pup who still loves chasing toys you throw and can't resist a squeaky toy. After a fun play session, she's happiest curled up next to her people for some quality cuddle time. Gidget is housebroken, enjoys car rides, and gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and even bunnies, making her a great fit for a variety of homes. She has a gentle, easygoing personality and would love a family to spend her golden years with—whether that's going on adventures or simply relaxing together on the couch. If you're looking for a loving, loyal companion with the perfect mix of playful energy and laid-back charm, Gidget is ready to steal your heart! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
