Dog Breed: Poodle (unknown type) / Labrador Retriever / Mixed. Meet Mozzie, a 2-year-old Poodle and Labrador Retriever mix who is ready for a fresh start with a loving forever family. Mozzie was surrendered by his previous owner and arrived at the shelter in heartbreaking condition. He was very underweight and in desperate need of grooming and proper care. Since being rescued, Mozzie has made an incredible transformation. With good food, lots of love, and a fresh haircut, he has truly blossomed into a happy, playful dog. His sweet personality is shining through more every day, and he loves going for walks, chasing a ball, and spending time with the people he loves. Now all Mozzie needs is a family to help him write the next chapter of his story. Mozzie is a handsome boy with a soft, curly golden coat and warm brown eyes that are full of kindness and curiosity. This sweet boy currently weighs 44 pounds. He does well with other dogs and children but has not has any experience with a cat so his compatibility with them is currently unknown. His skills, including crate training, house training, and leash walking, are all in progress. With his eager personality and desire to please, this smart boy will be a wonderful student who thrives with consistency, guidance, and love from his forever family.
