Rescued from the streets of La Paz, Mexico, she's traveled thousands of miles for a chance at the life every dog deserves, and now she's looking for her forever family in Alaska. Weighing approximately 55 pounds, Skye has a moderate energy level. She enjoys walks, exploring, and spending time with her people but also appreciates time to relax. Skye is friendly with other dogs and would likely enjoy a canine companion. She has done well meeting children and would be a wonderful addition to a family with respectful kids. Her experience with cats is currently unknown, so slow introductions or a cat-free home are recommended until her compatibility can be assessed. Skye will arrive in Alaska on July 21 and will be available for adoption on arrival.
