She was found abandoned at Ponce’s city dump, but she hasn’t let her difficult start change her loving spirit. This playful girl is always ready for a game of fetch and would happily spend hours chasing her favorite toy. Maple is also the definition of a “shadow puppy”—she loves being close to her people and will happily follow you from room to room, just wanting to be part of whatever you’re doing. Maple gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats, making her a great addition to a variety of homes. She’s affectionate, fun, and eager to learn, and she’s ready to grow up with a family that will love her forever. At just 4 months old and 15 pounds, we believe Maple is an Australian Shepherd mix who will grow into the perfect medium-sized companion.
