Meet Eleanor Jane “Ellie”! ❤️ This beautiful girl is equal parts cuddle bug, adventure buddy, and hilarious little shadow. This sweet rescue has overcome a broken leg without letting it slow her down one bit. She’s healed, thriving, and ready to start the next chapter with a family of her own. She’s: *⚖️ 35 pounds * 4 months old * Dog-friendly and loves making canine friends * House-trained and crate trained. She does sing the songs of her people in a crate for a short time but settles quickly * Full of happy clumsy puppy energy * Obsessed with toys and yak cheese chews * Always ready to explore the great outdoors - Sticks and digging holes are her favorite. * ❤️ Completely unaware of the concept of personal space—your lap, your resident dog - if she fits she sits! Her gorgeous brindle coat is just the beginning. She has a heart as beautiful as her stripes and brings joy wherever she goes. Whether she’s zooming around the yard, proudly carrying (or shredding) her favorite toy, snuggling up as close as physically possible, or giving you endless kisses - she’ll keep you smiling every day. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who will love you with her whole heart (and definitely steal your pillow), this pretty brindle baby is ready to meet you. All she needs now is a forever family to call her own. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
