He was present during a deeply tragic situation involving his previous owner, and as a result of that experience, loud noises and gunshots are incredibly terrifying to him. He is searching for a peaceful, secure home where he can finally let his guard down and feel completely safe. Despite everything he has endured, Remington&rsquo;s heart remains completely whole and full of love. As you can see from his soulful brown eyes, he is an absolute sweetheart who adores people of all ages. Weighing a perfect 30 pounds, he is fantastic with other dogs and thrives in their company. Remington has also been cat-tested and, with a proper and patient introduction, he is expected to do wonderfully living with feline companions. Remington is fully vetted and ready to transition into his forever home. He is already neutered and up to date on all of his essential vaccinations, including DAPP, Rabies, and Bordetella. While he is happily heartworm negative, he did test positive for Lyme disease, which he is currently being treated for and should not suffer any long term effects of.
