Description
Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier (medium coat). Meet Tex â ready to rumble and make a splash! Tex is the kind of guy who wakes up every morning and thinks, âOkay, what are we getting into today?â This happy, friendly boy is full of energy, puppy antics, and a whole lot of fun. He met a dog who could match his energy and immediately said, âFINALLY, SOMEONE WHO GETS ME!â They had a blast playing together, and Tex is definitely ready to rumble with a playful canine friend. Tex is also a certified toy enthusiast. He loved playing with toys, happily shared them, and took his entertainment to the next level by retrieving toys from the pool! Yep, Tex does not mind water. In fact, he likes to toss his toys into the air and catch them himself. Who needs a playmate when you can provide your own entertainment? He went potty right away, did well with his food test, and is eager to keep learning. Heâs still got some puppy behaviorâhe can get excited, jumps up for attention, and could use a little leash-training practiceâbut his enthusiasm and happy personality make him a very fun guy to hang out with. If youâre looking for a playful, energetic dog who will keep you laughing, Tex is ready to report for duty. Watch my video: .instagram/reel/Db7CZ6DuS7E/?igsh=MWcwMHE5YjJmZWZlZw==

Breed overview
Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
