Dog Breed: Terrier / Chihuahua / Mixed. Meet Sage! Sage may have the shortest little legs in the litter, but don't tell him that—they just make him extra adorable! This handsome boy has a beautiful gray coat with unique merle-like coloring that makes him stand out from the crowd. We can't say for sure what breeds make up his family tree, but those tiny legs definitely have us wondering if there's a little Dachshund in the mix! If you're looking for a cuddle buddy, Sage is your guy. He's happiest curled up in your lap, soaking up pets and snuggles. When he's not cuddling, he's busy exploring the world with the curiosity and playfulness that every puppy should have. Like all young puppies, Sage is still learning the ropes. He's working on potty training, but his new family should expect accidents and be ready to continue his training with patience, consistency, and lots of love. He's looking for a family that will include him in everyday life and help him grow into a happy, confident companion. If your idea of the perfect day includes a warm puppy curled up in your lap, Sage is ready to claim that spot forever. Estimated adult size: Approximately 10 pounds. We do not adopt puppies together. Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. The adoption fee is $300.
