Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie (short coat). KENNEL ID #18804 Phish was born on 1/23/26 as part of an unexpected litter after his dad—who was thought to be sterile because of retained testicles—proved everyone wrong twice! Dad has since been neutered, so his puppy-producing days are officially over. Phish is a happy, social little pup who absolutely loves people. He and his brother have been well loved and enjoy spending time with adults and older children who understand how to interact with small dogs. Curious, playful, and full of puppy charm, Phish is ready to bring lots of laughter and love to his new home. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate little companion, Phish can’t wait to meet his forever family. Adoption Fee $575 (includes neuter) Thank you for your interest in rescue. Physically, they are easily recognizable by their small, compact bodies, large expressive eyes, and erect ears, appearing in both smooth and long-coated varieties, showcasing a vast array of colors and markings. Despite their tiny stature, Chihuahuas possess a big personality; they are often described as spirited, alert, and fiercely loyal to their owners, sometimes displaying a bold and confident demeanor. While their small size makes them exceptionally well-suited for apartment living, they thrive in homes where they receive ample attention and mental stimulation. They can be good family pets for older children who understand how to interact gently with a small dog, but their delicate build makes them less suitable for boisterous toddlers.
