Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed. Adoption Fee: $350. Meet Rosie Rosie is a 2-year-old, 58-pound mixed-breed sweetheart who's looking for a family to call her own. If you're searching for a loyal best friend, Rosie may be your perfect match. She absolutely loves being with her people and is happiest when she's close to the ones she loves. Because she's so devoted, she can get a little anxious when left alone or crated. What she really needs is a home where she can feel safe, secure, and loved. Rosie has a playful side, too! She's active and loves to show off her silly zoomies around the house or yard. She enjoys the company of other dogs, is kid friendly, and is both house and crate trained. Cats are currently unknown. Like any young dog, Rosie can get excited and sometimes lets her enthusiasm get the best of her. She'll thrive with a family that can provide consistency, guidance, and positive reinforcement. The best part? Rosie is eager to please, food-motivated, takes direction well, and a fast learner, making her a wonderful dog to continue training. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter.
