Dog Breed: Black Mouth Cur / Terrier / Mixed. Duncan is an adorable 10-week-old male Cur/Hound mix weighing approximately 16 pounds who is ready to find his forever home! He was found as a stray near Lynne Drive in Rockwall on 07/31/26 and, after completing his required stray hold without being reclaimed, is now available for adoption. Like any young puppy, Duncan is full of curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm. He's still learning all about the world and will need a family committed to providing patience, training, socialization, and consistency as he grows into a well-mannered adult dog. With the right guidance, Duncan has all the potential to become a wonderful lifelong companion. Based on his current size and breed mix, we estimate Duncan will grow to be approximately 45–60 pounds when fully grown. Duncan's adoption fee is $125, which includes his neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, age-appropriate puppy boosters, and deworming. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
