Kaya, 1 yr old Lab/Shepherd mix, weighs 42lbs. Kaya was a stray that found her own way to the front porch of the Humane Society in Texas back in the middle of May. Just sitting pretty at the front door waiting for the morning crew to arrive. She was clean and in good shape, so she hadn't been on her long. She quickly grabbed the hearts of all the staff with her affectionate personality. Kaya went to a foster home while she awaited her chance at a forever home, but sadly that never came. She got a first-class ticket and we flew her here in hopes of getting her a new start. This sweet girl blended right in and has been enjoying playing with the other dogs and going for long walks. She is cat friendly as well. Kaya is smart and knows her basic commands, especially if there is a treat involved. She is eager to please and will make a great family dog. We are located at S47 W30760 State Road 59, North Prairie, WI As always, we never guarantee the breed OR the size they'll be as an adult.
