Dog Breed: Siberian Husky / Rottweiler / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Dino! Dino is an 11-month-old Rottweiler mix with a handsome black-and-tan coat and plenty of youthful energy! This fun-loving boy is social, playful, and loves to run and romp with other dogs. When he first entered the play yard, Dino greeted everyone with enthusiasm and needed a few minutes to settle in before showing off his playful side. Once with the other dogs, he enjoyed high-energy play and even gave polite corrections when another dog became overly excited. Dino is a friendly, people-loving pup who can be quite enthusiastic when meeting someone new — expect some excited jumping and lots of energy! He enjoys playing with children but may sometimes get too excite and try to jump, so continued training and supervision with younger kids would be beneficial. Dino is house-trained and knows how to settle in when left alone. He may bark, cry, or howl when first left alone but eventually settles and enjoys a good nap. He's also unfazed by people approaching his toys, and he enjoys having people join him in play. With his handsome good looks, playful spirit, and goofy young-dog energy, Dino has plenty of potential to be a wonderful companion for an active home.
