Description
Dog Breed: Italian Greyhound / Chihuahua / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Hope, the leggy, petite mixed breed. We suspect she is some sort greyhound chihuahua mix. Hope has been observed by Shelter staff to be social and easy to interact with. Hope is often at her kennel door â eager to meet new people and go out to play. She has met other dogs about her size and coexisted nicely. A home with other dogs may be a fit after a meet ân greet at the Shelter. Despite her small size, Hope would be a great walking partner for someone looking to get their daily steps in. We do not have any history of her with children or cats. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them
