She has a lot to learn about living in a home and being someone’s companion. She’s gentle, cautious, and easily overwhelmed, but she’s trying — and she’s making slow, steady progress. Must have: A quiet, patient home with another friendly dog to guide her and help her feel secure. Exercise: Medium — she enjoys exploring once she feels safe. Best with: Calm adults and an experienced adopter who understands nervous dogs. Not ideal for: Homes with children — she is sensitive to noise and sudden movement. Energy level: Medium — curious but cautious. Rose is working on house training, crate training, and leash skills. She’s very shy with new people and needs slow, gentle introductions.
