Dog Breed: Husky / Mixed (medium coat). Adoption Fee: 200. Meet June (also known as Junebug or Junie Girl) June’s story didn’t start the way she deserved. She was heartbreakingly abandoned, pregnant and alone, left to fend for herself on the streets. Thankfully, she found her way into rescue, and after spending the last 10 weeks devoted to raising her puppies, this amazing mama is officially retired and finally ready to find a forever home that’s all hers. June is as sweet and loving as they come. She lives for pets, cuddles, and simply being close to her people. She’s incredibly gentle, wonderful with kids, and has a calm, easygoing personality that makes her a joy to have around. She’s also a smart girl! June is leash trained, crate trained, and has lovely manners. Whether you’re taking a stroll through the neighborhood or relaxing on the couch, she’s happiest just being by your side. After everything she’s been through, June deserves a family who will love her as deeply as she’ll love them. She has an endless supply of affection, loyalty, and gratitude to give—she just needs someone willing to give her the chance. Could June be the missing piece your family has been waiting for? All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
