Dog Breed: Siberian Husky (medium coat). Meet Starsky! If you're looking for a handsome, high-energy partner with a personality as big as his frame, Starsky may be your guy! This 3-year-old neutered Husky is a large, slender boy with a striking black-and-white coat and two distinctive lines running down his nose. And just like his namesake from Starsky & Hutch, he's ready for action! Starsky is a sweet but energetic guy who loves attention and is highly motivated by treats. He's easy to leash and take outside, although once he's on the move, he has plenty to sayâand plenty of pulling power! He enjoys greeting people and can be very enthusiastic when meeting someone new, including jumping up to say hello. This boy is very playful! In fact, Starsky can have a hard time knowing when it's time to stop. Starsky has lived with children but can be quite exuberantâhe plays, jumps, and may knock younger children over. His ideal home would have older, dog-savvy children who can handle his energy and continue working on his manners. He's a dog who will benefit tremendously from consistency, positive reinforcement, and an adopter who is ready to put the time into helping him become the best version of himself.
