Description
Dog Breed: Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (medium coat). Vermilion (Milo) is a super cute, loving, red heeler mix pup. While at times, he loves running around with his siblings and exploring the backyard, other times he’s perfectly content hanging out alone and just chilling. He was the first one of his litter to learn how to sit and knows how to lie down. He does very well with pee pads and has also done well with the transition to being house-trained as he’ll go to the bathroom shortly after being let outside. He has been predominantly indifferent to the resident dog and cats to this point. He’s done very well meeting other people. He will often approach to be picked up and held, during which he will shower you with kisses all over your face. He would be a great addition to any home. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $625.00

In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term.
