Dog Breed: Terrier / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Poptart! This is just the cutest little fella! And he has a lovely temperament to match. You can't help but fall in love with this pup. At just 6 months old he’s potty trained, crate trained, and loves to go on walks! He’s friendly and excited to play with other dogs, and loves to curl up next to you on the couch. A real lover boy! Poptart will do well in most settings but he is a little too young to spend much time alone. He is vaccinated, chipped and will be neutered between 8-10 months of age at our cost. His adoption fee is $525 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics.
