Description
Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Say hello to Papi! Papi is an approximately one-year-old, seven-pound male Chihuahua mix, adoptable through Chi Town Rescue. Papi came to the shelter as an owner surrender. His former home did not have AC and Papi kept overheating; his owners said they were going to turn him loose on the streets unless a rescue was able to take him. Papi was terrified when he first came to the shelter, overwhelmed with his new environment. But Papi quickly learned that Chi Town is a fun town! Within a few days, Papi was everyone's best friend. He will do best in a home that is home more often than not and has lots of love and attention to spare. Papi loves to be near you at all times, preferably in your lap soaking up love. He is social with other dogs, but would be just as happy being your one-and-only. If your heart has been a little lonely lately, we are sure Papi and his incredible sweetness will be just what you need! Email chitownrescuegmail for more information/meet and greet appointment. Papi's adoption fee includes neuter surgery, vaccinations including Rabies certificate, and microchip.
