If you are interested in fostering please fill out an online application. Hi, I'm Benji, a wonderful young Maltese / Shih Tzu X who's full of hope and love! I'm in need of a new home as my parents are going something called a divorce. I don't know what exactly that is, all I know is I'm not able to stay. I'm a friendly lad who gets along with all sorts of dogs and is a true people-pleaser, but I do act protective around people I don't know. I'm the perfect companion for older children and adults alike. I'm well-mannered and well-trained, knowing the "sit," "stay," and "come" commands like a pro. I'm also happy to sleep in my crate and was allowed on the couch, so I know how to respect personal space while also enjoying quality cuddle time. I adore one-on-one interaction and will happily catch treats and enjoy belly rubs all day long. I'm a true catch for any family, and with my good looks and charming personality, I'm sure to find my forever home in no time!
