Dog Breed: Siberian Husky / Mixed (medium coat). A Little Spark, A Lot of Sweetness Meet Pomona Sprout—Sweet, Spirited & Ready to Bloom! Pomona Sprout may start out with a little extra enthusiasm, but give her a few minutes with her person and she settles beautifully. Once she feels comfortable, her sweet personality really shines! Pomona enjoys getting out and exploring, and she's even discovered that splashing around in the water can be pretty fun. She knows “sit,” and she doesn't mind being brushed—so she's already showing us that she's a cooperative girl with some good manners. What she seems to enjoy most is simply being with her person. Her excitement melts away, and she becomes a calm, affectionate companion who is happy to hang out and soak up some attention. Pomona is also at a wonderful age: young enough to be ready for adventures, but past the full-blown puppy stage. If you're looking for a sweet girl who can bring some playful energy and then settle in beside you, Pomona Sprout may be ready to bloom right into your heart! Pomona has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home. She's also sharing her shelter suite with a friend she met at the shelter.
