Description
Dog Breed: German Shepherd Dog / Siberian Husky / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Rockette, the German Shepherd mix. Rockette came into the Shelter as a stray so we donât know much about her life before now. She is an easily excited puppy that has enjoyed playing with staff in the exercise yards of the Shelter. Rockette has met a couple of dogs at the Shelter. She preferred interacting with a well socialized, appropriate female adolescent than a more forward, âin your faceâ puppy. Any resident dogs should meet at the Shelter prior to adoption. Rockette is still perfecting all things puppy like potty training, leash training, and age-appropriate socialization. We do not have any history of Rockette in a home with cats or children. Rockette is available for pre-adoption. Come meet her, fall in love and take her home after her neuter surgery! Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
