Description
Dog Breed: Basset Hound. Adoption Fee: 300. Please contact Sally (Ohbassetrescueyahoo) for more information about this pet. Meet the cute, cuddly, and squishy BAMBAM! Bam came to us through no fault of his own. His former owner was getting older and had a hard time taking care of him. He is a super sweet guy who is 7 years old. He is neutered, up to date and recently had a dental done! BamBam does have extra droopy eyes and the vet looked at them during surgery to see if anything could be done, but it was determined normal basset eye surgery will not help but he may on occasion need some eye drops put in. He was on outdoor dog before we got him so a fenced yard would probably be best as that’s all he knows, and most outdoor dogs transition well with house training because “going” out in the yard is all they have ever known. Another established dog who knows the routine will also help. Bam’s fee is $300 and he is currently located in Columbus. Please apply at ohiobassetrescue and email ohbassetrescueyahoo after approval. Adoption Process: To meet one our dogs you must first fill out our application on our website ohiobassetrescue. Once submitted one of our volunteers will reach out to you. Upon approval you will be given an approval code to email us at ohbassetrescueyahoo. Approvals are good for 6 months for any current or future dogs. After 6 months you will be directed to fill out an updated application. Please note we only process applications where the adopter lives in OH, IN, KY, PA, WV, lower MI. Adopters must be willing to travel to meet the dog they are adopting. Dogs locations are listed on their profile description on our website. Dogs are NOT all located in Brookville, that is our mailing address. Please understand we are all volunteers and will respond as soon as we can as we all have jobs and family obligations.
