Dog Breed: Chihuahua (short coat). Adoption Fee: 175.00. Little Lisa - big time diva Little Lisa arrived as a stray at a local pound, far too thin than she should have been. But besides ordinary vet care, all she really needed was some good groceries and a little time to catch up to where her weight should be. Lisa seems to have no clue that’s she’s not already 110% good to go. She is young; ages on strays are always a guess, but her teeth suggest she’s probably somewhere between 2-5 years old. She loves to be close to her humans at all times. She’s a cuddler, but also an ornery gal,who loves to play, de-stuff toys, and chew on bones. Lisa believes that the whole world - including YOUR world, should revolve around her. She will try to be in your lap, even if your lap is otherwise occupied. If that’s not possible, she will make sure she’s right next to you at all times. We’re sure that Little Lisa wouldn’t mind another small canine sibling as a co-conspirator. There’d be so much mischief they could make together! Lisa has an appointment to be spayed on October 7, and can’t be adopted until then. If a spot opens up for her at the vet and she can get fixed earlier, we will try to make that happen and if so, she could be placed shortly thereafter.
