Description

Dog Breed: Pug / Mixed (medium coat). Rocket has been described as affectionate, playful, and very food-motivated. He enjoys tug, wrestling, chasing balls, and spending time with his favorite people. He is housebroken, crate-trained, rides well in the car, and already knows several cues, including sit, stay, down, come, shake, and roll over. What's the catch? Rocket is looking for a home without children or regularly visiting children. He has a bite history involving a child and we are requiring an adult-only home. Rocket can become uncomfortable with unfamiliar people, some handling, and has shown some mild possesiveness with food and toys. He was adopted in a home with another dog and was playful at times, but he also has displayed resource guarding with the other dog, so we think he would be most successful as the only pet.
