At 5 Dubs Cavaliers, our puppies are raised in a very hands-on, clean, and structured environment. Their whelping area is carefully maintained with a specialized flooring system designed to keep them clean and dry at all times, so they are never sitting in waste. We clean and monitor their space throughout the day and night to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment. Our puppies are raised with constant supervision and daily interaction. We begin early socialization immediately, exposing them to normal household sounds, outdoor activities, and family life so they grow into confident and adaptable companions. Beginning at around six weeks of age, we introduce leash exposure and early training, and once puppies receive their first vaccinations, we begin outdoor potty exposure and regular car rides. Our puppies travel with us on family outings and activities, helping them become comfortable with new environments, sounds, and experiences. We also introduce nighttime crate training to establish healthy sleep habits so puppies go to their new homes already familiar with resting calmly in a crate at night. Our goal is to raise puppies that are clean, well-socialized, confident, and ready to transition smoothly into their new families. We take our history in dog training and use that along with the wonderful gene lines of mom and dad (both on site and are our personal companions) and create exceptional puppies. I do offer extended obedience training packages as well. The most important thing to survive is that we create good, healthy habits from the very beginning this in return gives us exceptional puppies that go home and are more likely to stay in that home due to their good behavior and cuddly companionship.
