Diane Carter is from Texas and breeds Yorkshire Terriers. I am a home breeder who only has a few litters a year. My whole family (husband and 5 kids) helps with caring for the dogs and puppies, so they are very comfortable around people of all ages and other animals. They are kept indoors at all times, other than supervised visits to the yard. They breastfeed for at least the first 6 weeks of their life and are introduced to solid food slowly over time while still breastfeeding. We also begin pad training as soon as they start walking. We have two females and two studs. They are all our family pets and are spoiled along with the puppies. Our studs are golden and the females are more traditional coloring, so we get lots of fun combination puppies.
