Meet Love! She was born on March 20, 2025, the international day of happiness. She is out of health tested parents that both have their CHIC #. She is smart and sassy. She has fun in our daily activities. She has beginning crate trained, and started potty training (litter box), basic manners, and leash walking are also in the works. She is in need of her person though. It breaks my heart that this amazing puppy has not found her special person yet. Love will never be affected by any of the common genetic diseases found in the ACD. (PLL, PRA, OFA has all results available to public). Love is only available to a pet home (no breeding) because she has a white spot on her side, and she has uni lateral hearing (one ear hearing is normal). She may or may not hear certain sounds in the other ear but cannot be sure without further tests. She is not affected by her handicap. ACDs are considered Velcro dogs which means they are stuck to you all of the time. This is after their puppyhood when they have the attention span of a gnat. With proper training, ACDs are the most incredible breed. RESEARCH THE BREED! Before making a 13-17 year commitment, look into the breed. What are common traits that come with the breed due to the job they were created to do? Blue or red heelers. They nip, bite, and control cattle, sometimes with their presence alone. That is a strong willed, tough, breed that is also part wild Australian dingo. This breed is not Bluey the cartoon. This breed needs a loyal handler.
