Litter Description
We are excited to introduce our unique Black Russian Terrier × Rottweiler cross puppies, a rare combination of power, intelligence, and devotion. The Sire is a purebred AKC Black Russian Terrier with an excellent, well-balanced temperament. He currently works as a walking assistance dog for a family member, showcasing both his stability and reliability. The Dam is a purebred AKC Rottweiler, highly intelligent, exceptionally trained, and titled with the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification. From this cross, we expect puppies with outstanding temperaments, high trainability, and natural confidence. Our current litter consists of five solid black puppies — four females and one male. They are being raised in a loving home environment under our structured early socialization program to ensure they grow into well-rounded companions. You can follow our journey and watch the puppies grow on Facebook (Dog World and You, LLC) and our YouTube channel (Dog World and You, LLC). We are also happy to arrange FaceTime sessions with prospective families to help you choose the best puppy for your home. Puppies will be ready for their new homes at 8 weeks old, dewormed, vaccinated according to age, and accompanied by a veterinary health certificate. P.S. In this video, you will see our puppies alongside our Black Russian Terrier sire, who demonstrates his natural ability to assist in the rehabilitation of fearful and reactive dogs. His calm and confident presence plays a key role in fostering trust and encouraging balanced behavior. We are also preparing additional videos to highlight his service work and to showcase the outstanding qualities of our dam, Xena. Contact us Yancich.dog.training@gmail.com Call: 814-288-9409

Overview:
The Black Russian Terrier (BRT), often called the "Black Pearl of Russia," is a formidable and impressive breed with a fascinating history. Developed in the Soviet Union after World War II for military purposes, this large, robust dog is a captivating blend of strength and intelligence. Physically, they boast a powerful, muscular build covered by a thick, coarse, and wavy black coat, requiring regular grooming to prevent matting. Temperamentally, BRTs are known for their calm, confident, and protective nature. While loyal and affectionate with their families, they can be reserved with strangers, making early socialization crucial. Due to their size and need for mental stimulation and exercise, they are generally not ideal for apartment living and thrive in homes with spacious yards. They can be wonderful family dogs for experienced owners who understand their needs, but their protective instincts necessitate consistent training. As with many large breeds, health concerns can include hip and elbow dysplasia, so choosing a reputable breeder is vital.
