SWEET 1YR OLD GOLDEN RETRIEVER MALE

Huckleberry ("Huck") is a gentle, sweet full Golden Retriever. He turns 1 year old this month, and we need to find him a caring home where he can get more attention. We adopted him when he was a few weeks old, but we were a single-income home up until a couple of months ago and he does not get enough attention now that both my wife and I are working... a situation we did not anticipate when we adopted him. He is very active, but not destructive. He is AKC certified and we have his papers. We can include a kennel, harness, leash, bowls, and some other accessories/toys. This is a very good dog who responds well to routine. He gets on very well with other animals (dogs, cats, gerbils :-)) and loves kids. He is accustomed to guests and is not wary of strangers. He is still a puppy, and will definitely need some more training. I've trained him a little and he responds quickly to regular direction, but I have fallen off of training him for a few months. Huck is still intact. Our plan was/is to neuter him sometime after eighteen months.
