HOUSEBROKEN MALE RED PARTI MINIATURE SCHNAUZER

I have a beautiful male red parti miniature schnauzer that I sadly must rehome. We waited a long time to get the perfect little puppy for our family of five, and he's the outcome to our long wait. Unfortunately, our four-year-old daughter is allergic to dog saliva. We never would have thought this was possible but she is miserable, so we are doing what is best for her. Let me tell you a little bit about this sweet little boy. He's four months old and we just got him neutered not long ago. He's fully recovered. He is microchipped, he has had all of his puppy shots, including rabies and the Bordetella vaccine. He is charting to be between 13-16lbs as an adult. He is 95% housebroken, uses a doggy doorbell to let us know he needs to go out and loves to ride in the car. He has learned commands: sit, stay, wait. He is the sweetest dog that I have ever owned. He is not a barker and does not jump on the furniture. Thus far, we have trained him to be a good pup with manners. The ONLY reason for rehoming is to do what is best for my four-year-old due to her allergic reaction to dog saliva. Everyone else has no reactions. He has a $1200 rehoming fee, which is less than half of the amount that was paid for him., and we will gladly show receipts. Please contact me if interested. Located 20 minutes outside of Nashville.
