All of our puppies are AKC registered and have been raised around cats and children, so they’re well-socialized and comfortable in a busy home. We currently have 3 puppies available — 2 males and 1 female. 8 puppies were born 4 males and 4 females. Both parents are on-site, AKC registered, and have completed genetic testing through Embark. Microchips have been purchased and will be sent home with each puppy for your veterinarian to place. Each puppy also comes with a puppy pack that includes toys, a small personalized blanket, paperwork, and their AKC registration documents. We’re located in Hidalgo, IL, and I’m happy to meet for pickup, within 2 hours of our home. Please text (618) 554-1556 for more information.

Dunn is a total guys guy. He spent a year in the upper UP learned how to raft and guard. He is almost a cream color. We call him Dunn Bear and a bear he is.
Mother
Kasey is the best golden I know, she is smart and kind. She loves her human and spends her time loving on everyone. Kasey has spent many days visiting with grandmas and grandpas at local nursing homes. She continues to love and care for her pups even though they are old enough to be weened.

Overview:

Temperamentally, Golden Retrievers are celebrated for their amiable, intelligent, and devoted nature, making them exceptionally patient and tolerant companions. This makes them superb family dogs, typically great with children and other pets, though their need for space and exercise means they are generally less suited for apartment living. While generally robust, they are prone to certain health concerns such as hip and elbow dysplasia, certain cancers, and eye conditions, making regular veterinary check-ups crucial for their long-term well-being.
